What we store
- Your name, email and company name, and a scrambled copy of your password if you use one.
- If you continue with Google: your Google account ID, name and email. We don't store Google tokens or ask for access to anything else in your Google account.
- Your Odoo address, database name, login and API key. The API key is encrypted.
- Basic details about your Odoo database: its version, company names and installed apps.
- Your plan, payments and the phone number or reference used to pay, and the custom dashboards you build.
Your Odoo data
- Jaantus only reads from Odoo and never changes your records.
- We don't save your Odoo business records in our database. Dashboard figures are held in server memory for a short time so pages load quickly.
How we use it
- To log you in, show your dashboards, manage your plan and give support.
- We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who else is involved
- Google, if you choose to continue with Google.
- WaafiPay, if you pay by mobile money.
- The company that hosts our servers.
Cookies
- We use one cookie to keep you logged in. Your browser also remembers preferences such as language and favorite dashboards. We don't use advertising cookies.
Your choices
- You can disconnect your Odoo database at any time, which deletes the stored API key.
